Apart from spells away studying and working, Vicky has lived in Plungar for 64 years and has watched the village transform over that time - from cows being driven through the streets for milking and churns put out for collection, to the thriving community it is today. She feels fortunate to be part of a village with such a strong sense of identity, a lovely church, a good pub and a wonderful village hall. It is a privilege to serve as Chair. vicky.kemp@outlook.com

Julie has lived in the village for over 25 years and has enjoyed using the Village Hall throughout that time. She fondly remembers the days of horticultural and baking competitions, and even wellie throwing, and now feels it’s time to give something back to the community by putting her many years of finance experience to good use. treasury@plungar.org

Julie has lived in Plungar for quite a long time now and loves the village and the special space of the village hall. Julie teaches Yoga among other things and can often be found out walking in the woods, along the canal and occasionally in The Anchor. julietheather2020@gmail.com

Resident of Plungar for 18+ years, retired for nearly 14 years. During this time, by organising and supporting a variety of events in the Village Hall and the village itself, it has been the opportunity to contribute to our lovely community, and secure the future of this valued asset
